Wedding Day Expectations

Guest List Enforcement

We would like to reiterate the effectiveness of arriving at least forty minutes to one hour prior to the start of the ceremony. The guest list will be strictly enforced. You will be requested upon arrival to provide your name. If you are not on the confirmed guest list, we will politely ask you leave to allow confirmed guests to be seated. We would love to seat unconfirmed guests, but that's just non-negotiable.

Attire

We request the pleasure of your company at an evening of elegance and celebration as we tie the knot. We kindly ask all guests except for the Bridal Party, refrain from wearing Emerald Green or Gold. However, please join us in your most exquisite formal wear to make this night truly special. You will not be permitted inside the ceremony if you choose to wear sneakers, t-shirts, midriffs, non-formal headwear, or jeans. FORMAL ATTIRE REQUIRED!

Decorum

All guests must comply with wedding day decorum, such as the following:

Please arrive on time for the ceremony and reception.
Be mindful of the photographers. There's no photography or videography of any part of the ceremony or reception by guests. Only photographers!
Formal attire is required. You will be asked to leave if you are not formally dressed.
Refrain from any behavior that would cause a disturbance to the couple or other guests.
Keep speeches and toasts brief. If you are asked to give a toast, please keep it short and sweet. Kindly refrain from inappropriate or embarrassing remarks.
If there's a concern that requires attention, please see the event coordinator, Latoya Greer. You are not permitted to disturb the couple with anything except for well wishes.
Please drink responsibly. The venue nor the couple is responsible for over consumption.

Venue Policies

It's vital that all guests comply with venue policies such as the following:

No firearms, pepper sprays, lasers, or tasers are permitted inside of the venue.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside of the venue.
No outside food or drinks unless provided by approved caterers or bar staff.
